What is stored when you generate a brief

When you complete the form we keep the answers you gave — your company name, country, the description you typed (capped at 1,200 characters), and your eligibility answers — together with the shortlist of institutions we produced and why each one was included or dropped.

We keep it for one reason: to check later whether the brief was any good. Without the answers alongside the recommendation, there is no way to tell a useful brief from a plausible-sounding one.

What is not stored

No account, no email address, no cookies for tracking, no advertising or analytics identifiers, and nothing that links two separate submissions to the same person. We do not sell or share submissions with third parties.

How long

After 90 days we permanently delete the three things that could identify you — your company name, your country and the description you wrote. This happens to every submission, automatically, whether or not anything came of it.

What we keep past that point is the record of our own work: which institutions we shortlisted, what our eligibility engine concluded, and what we ruled out. Once the name and description are gone, that describes what our software did, not who asked. We use it to check whether the tool gives good advice.

Third parties in the loop

Generating a brief sends your company description to Anthropic (for drafting) and to a web search provider (to find comparable companies). The funding data itself comes from public European and national registers and is not personal data. Hosting is Vercel; the database is Railway, hosted in the EU.

Removing your submission

Email asger@grimberg.dk with your company name and we will delete every submission matching it, immediately and in full, rather than waiting for the 90-day window. No verification hoops — making deletion harder than submission would be the wrong way round.
